Principal's Message

On behalf of our entire team, welcome to Jack F. Macy Intermediate School! I am proud to serve as your Principal and my goal is to work together with our staff, parents and the community to provide opportunities for our students to succeed academically, socially and emotionally as they transition from elementary school and prepare for high school.

As we continue to navigate through unchartered times, the health and safety of all our Macy Knights continues to be a priority. We are committed to creating an atmosphere through online platforms that cultivates a safe environment which allows student to practice their skills in communicating, collaborating, creating and critical thinking. Applying these skills will set the foundations for maximizing their academic potential and growth. We also recognize the importance of creating and maintaining positive relationships with all students and strive to make those connections, especially through distance learning. Although we may be teaching from a distance, our expectations and supports are never far.
